SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render services towards the community.
SASSA are going to be rendering providers for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a press release, the agency reported it truly is alarmed with regards to the large quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The intention of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a high variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This is certainly as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no absolutely functional office dedicated to service the area regularly.
